# Overview

> Pick a Stophy client. Use the TypeScript or Python SDK in your code, or the CLI in your terminal and for AI agents that run shell commands.

Stophy has a TypeScript SDK, a Python SDK and a CLI. Each one calls the same [API](/api-reference/introduction).

The SDKs and the CLI read `STOPHY_API_KEY` from your environment. `npx -y @stophy/cli init --all` also adds Stophy's skills and MCP server to your coding agent. See [Quickstart](/quickstart) to get a key.
